Our eggs come in various shapes, sizes and shades of brown and white. Often times, customers are surprised to see a beautiful variety of eggshell shades in just one carton of eggs. The shell color does not reflect the quality of the egg, but merely reflects what the chicken ate that particular day. However, our vibrant and firm egg yokes are a guarantee of their freshness. Our eggs are collected twice a day, packaged, and labeled daily before being delivered to our store and local Farmers Markets. Free-range chickens get much of their nutritional needs from insects, grass, and other greens. As a result, their eggs have higher amounts of omega-3 acids, vitamins, frolic acid and carotenoids. Mt.
