Our garden produces a
rich variety of vegetables. Everything is grown the old-fashioned way with water,
sunlight and earthworm casting. We rotate our crops to prevent bugs and disease,
and we spray effecient microbes (EM) to enhance their natural immunity. Some
organic crops that we produce include: chard, lettuce, spinach,
corn, bok-choy, tomato and squash. And herbs are dandelion, sorrel, arugula, mizuna,
mitsuba, purslane, watercress, basil and magenta spreen lambsquarters. |  | |
